Summary.
The Alliance Of Real Estate Professionals (AOREP) is an independent trade alliance for licensed agents, brokers, attorneys, title officers, escrow officers, and allied practitioners operating in real estate transactions. AOREP is chartered in the State of Wyoming under a permanent set of founding principles that are not subject to subsequent member vote. The Alliance's settlement infrastructure is provided under independent service agreement by Real Smart Ledger LLC. Together, the two entities operate a federated, contract-bound network of state-level node operators that execute settlement workflow within the Alliance's standards.
Founding principles.
- I. Compensation shall be flat, hourly, or daily — never a percentage of price.
- II. Listings are owned and controlled by property owners.
- III. Data flows across the network at cost plus twenty percent — no more.
- IV. Every transaction bears an attorney's name.
These principles are written into the Governance Charter and may not be altered by member vote.
Key facts.
- Charter
Wyoming, 2026.
The Alliance is chartered in the State of Wyoming under a permanent set of founding principles documented in the Governance Charter.
- Form
For-profit trade alliance.
AOREP is organized as a for-profit company. It is not a 501(c)(3) charitable organization; contributions are not tax-deductible. The for-profit form is deliberate, for reasons set out in the Governance Charter.
- Infrastructure
Independent service agreement.
Technical infrastructure for settlement workflow is provided under independent service agreement by Real Smart Ledger LLC. AOREP and RSL are separately owned, separately governed, and separately audited entities.
- Membership
Open to licensed professionals.
Membership is open to verified, licensed real estate professionals — agents, brokers, attorneys, title officers, escrow officers, appraisers, inspectors, and allied practitioners — at $495 annually. Verification of identity and applicable licensure is required at registration.
- Founding Membership
Limited to fifty institutions.
Institutional founding membership is available to title companies, escrow companies, flat-fee brokerages, and technology partners during the formation period. Founding membership is limited to the first fifty qualifying institutions and closes once that count is reached.
- Settlement
Funds held by licensed companies.
Funds in transactions executed within the network are held and disbursed by licensed title companies and escrow companies through their regulated trust accounts. AOREP does not hold or move funds. The Alliance's record is the authoritative ledger of the transaction; the title or escrow company's banking relationship is the route by which the money moves.
Press kit.
The Alliance press kit contains the seal in scalable and raster formats, a one-page fact sheet suitable for distribution, the founding principles in plain text for reproduction, and a boilerplate paragraph for use in articles citing the Alliance.
